Anti-wrinkle massage oil for people over 30
Yarrow (8 drops)
Patchouli (2 drops)
Palma rosa (8 drops)
Clary sage (6 drops)
Fennel (5 drops)
Rose (6 drops)
Carrot (3 drops)
Jojoba (3 drops)
Dilute the above oils in ½ ounce of hazelnut, apricot kernel, or sweet almond carrier oil. Gently massage the mixture onto your face and neck each night.

Aging Skin Wrinkle Reducer:
Sandalwood (5 drops)
Helichrysum (5 drops)
Geranium (5 drops)
Lavender (5 drops)
Frankincense (5 drops)
Dilute the above essential oils in ½ ounce of sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, or a natural un-scented lotion. Apply to the face and neck or massage into your entire body.
